Returns & Exchanges
Unworn jewellery in its original packaging, with the certificate and hallmark intact, can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, or exchanged within 15 days. Customised and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
Shipping
Every order is insured in transit. In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days; made-to-order pieces ship per the production timeline shown at checkout.
How Pricing Works
Jewellery price is computed live from the day's gold rate, the piece's net weight and purity, making charges, any stone value and GST. It is never a fixed sticker price, so the total can move day to day with the rate.
Hallmarking & Certification
All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked. Diamond and gemstone pieces above a threshold carat weight include a certificate from a recognised gemological authority.
Privacy
We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders and run your account: contact details, order history, and wishlist or appointment activity. We do not sell customer data. Contact us to request a copy of your data or its deletion.
